About this tool

For effective CPR the arms should be locked straight (≥ 170° at the elbow), compressions delivered at 100–125 per minute, and the chest compressed 5–6 cm (AHA guidelines). The video border turns green when all three are correct, and the timer tracks how long you hold it.

Point the camera at the front of the person compressing, roughly level with their hands, framed to include both shoulders and elbows. Depth is scaled from shoulder width — entering a measured value is more accurate than estimating it from height, and the depth figure remains an estimate rather than a measurement. This is a training aid, not a medical device.
